Free Returns
We want you to love your Fob Mate. If you're not satisfied, we offer free returns — you only need to cover the cost of return shipping.

Return Window
You have [30 days] from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition for Return
To be eligible, your Fob Mate must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email us at cody@fobmate.com with your order number to begin the return process. We'll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and is non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your Fob Mate arrived damaged or defective, contact us at cody@fobmate.com — we'll make it right at no cost to you.
